Harvey Weinstein Tests Positive for COVID-19: Report
Harvey Weinstein has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19, according to multiple media reports.

On Sunday (March 22), an Empire State law enforcement official confirmed to Deadline that the disgraced movie producer and convicted rapist had tested positive for the virus while in New York state prison.

Weinstein, 68, is now apparently in medical isolation at the Wende Correctional Facility in Erie County, NY. He had recently been transferred to the prison, which is east of Buffalo, from New York City's Rikers Island.

According to the report, Weinstein is one of two prisoners at Wende Correctional Facility who has so far tested positive for COVID-19.

Earlier this month, Weinstein had been sentenced to 23 years in prison for rape and sexual assault.
