Published Dec 19, 2019Ozzy Osbourne is slowly working his way towards his new album Ordinary Man, now the Black Sabbath icon has treated the record's "Under the Graveyard" to a very personal new video.
The clip was helmed by director, screenwriter and music video director Jonas Akerlund and is described as a "semi-autobiographical" effort. The video was filmed in Los Angeles and features actors Jack Kilmer as Ozzy and Jessica Barden as Sharon Osbourne.
In the video, we find the couple in the late '70s during the beginning days of Ozzy's solo career, portraying "the darkness of life and how a helping hand and love can change everything."
In a statement, Ozzy himself had this to say:
For "Under the Graveyard" Jonas developed the story into a 'mini movie. But, to be quite honest, it's hard for me to watch because it takes me back to some of the darkest times in my life. Thankfully Sharon was there to pick me up and believe in me. It was the first time she was there to fully support me and build me back up, but it certainly wasn't the last.

The upcoming record will arrive in early 2020 via Epic Records, and it will also feature Andrew Watt on guitar, Duff McKagan of Guns N' Roses on bass and Red Hot Chili Peppers' Chad Smith on drums.
